Pay Rate & Benefits
$25-$30 per hour based on experience
$500 sign-on bonus
Year-round work
What You Can Expect
Using your skills to run a service route and apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides
Driving a company vehicle
Expertly diagnosing trees/landscaping and making recommendations
Taking pride in providing excellent customer service
Filling out the documentation (service records, product usage, notes, etc.)
Are You Qualified for This Position?
Must be 3B certified (MDARD)
Have 2-3 years of experience (preferred)
Chauffeur license holder
Valid DOT medical card holder
Have a good driving record
Able to lift 50 pounds

What You Can Expect
Trimming and removing trees, or pruning from the ground using saws and pruners
Cutting branches or trunk sections for removal from the job site
Using appropriate tools to fell trees and split them into manageable pieces
Removing limbs and brush and cleaning up and disposing of debris
Loading and unloading trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, and/or feeding brush into a wood chipper
Spraying stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth
Directing traffic, driving and operating trucks and equipment as assigned, and keeping trucks and your work area clear and orderly
Operating a bucket for trimming and removals
Taking pride in providing excellent customer service
Filling out the documentation (service records, product usage, notes, etc.)
Are You Qualified for This Position?
Knowledge of tree removal procedures
Must be 3B certified (MDARD)
3-5 years of climbing and bucket truck experience
Chauffeur license holder
Valid DOT medical card holder
Good driving record
Experience pulling trailers
Able to lift 50 pounds
