Pay Rate & Benefits

  • $25-$30 per hour based on experience

  • $500 sign-on bonus

  • Year-round work

What You Can Expect

  • Using your skills to run a service route and apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides

  • Driving a company vehicle

  • Expertly diagnosing trees/landscaping and making recommendations

  • Taking pride in providing excellent customer service

  • Filling out the documentation (service records, product usage, notes, etc.)

Are You Qualified for This Position?

  • Must be 3B certified (MDARD)

  • Have 2-3 years of experience (preferred)

  • Chauffeur license holder

  • Valid DOT medical card holder

  • Have a good driving record

  • Able to lift 50 pounds

What You Can Expect

  • Trimming and removing trees, or pruning from the ground using saws and pruners

  • Cutting branches or trunk sections for removal from the job site

  • Using appropriate tools to fell trees and split them into manageable pieces

  • Removing limbs and brush and cleaning up and disposing of debris

  • Loading and unloading trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, and/or feeding brush into a wood chipper

  • Spraying stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth

  • Directing traffic, driving and operating trucks and equipment as assigned, and keeping trucks and your work area clear and orderly

  • Operating a bucket for trimming and removals

  • Taking pride in providing excellent customer service

  • Filling out the documentation (service records, product usage, notes, etc.)

Are You Qualified for This Position?

  • Knowledge of tree removal procedures

  • Must be 3B certified (MDARD)

  • 3-5 years of climbing and bucket truck experience

  • Chauffeur license holder

  • Valid DOT medical card holder

  • Good driving record

  • Experience pulling trailers

  • Able to lift 50 pounds
